Hello! I'm James Parsons, an attorney residing in Kent, Ohio, and the primary face of Parsons Law Office. I’ve spent the entirety of my legal career in the oil and gas industry providing numerous high-profile energy clients with assistance in such matters as commercial lease agreements, property acquisitions, title examination, and financing transactions. My efforts center on the states of Texas, Ohio, North Dakota, and Kansas, with additional supplementary work provided for projects in Oklahoma, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

Since 2016 I’ve scaled these efforts to a contractual as-needed law office for a number of different oil and gas operators and firms, typically working in the realm of title review and opinion drafting, mineral interest and pooling issues, as well as general commercial real estate issues.
